| 摘 要： | 通过对１００例肝肿瘤血管造影表现的研究，总结了肝动脉解剖变异的常见类型，并将腹腔动脉造影、肠系膜上动脉－门静脉造影、选择性肝动脉造影列为肝肿瘤血管造影检查的常规。还分析了肝肿瘤多支供血的可能性以及它与肿瘤发生部位的关系。最后，对栓塞治疗后出现的肝动脉闭塞以及它对重复治疗的重要性进行了分析。

| Abstract: | On the basis of angiographical findings in 100 patients with liver tumors,the common anatomical variations were summarized.The angiography of celiac artery,angiography of superior mesenteric vein-portal vein and selective angiography of hepatic artery were listed as routine examinations for liver tumors.The possibility of multi-vessel supply to liver tumor and the relationship between blood supply and location of tumor were analyzed. The occlusion of liver artery after embolization therapy and importance of repeated treatment were also discussed. |
