根管治疗失败的病因浅析

目的 :探讨临床根管治疗失败病例的常见原因。方法 :回顾 98例根管治疗失败病例 ,记录就诊原因、临床表现和X线检查。分析治疗失败和根尖病变、充填程度的关系。结果 :98例病例 10 5颗患牙 ,欠填 82例 ,恰填 15例 ,超填 8例。年龄 16～ 6 5岁 ,男性 4 6例 ,女性 5 2例。结论 :根管治疗失败的主要原因是技术操作原因造成根管内的再次感染 ,并与牙齿本身的病变大小、复杂解剖结构和患者的内在原因有关。

Analysis of Factors Associated with Endodontic Treatment Failure

Objective: To study the major factors of endodontic treatment failures. Methods: 98 cases of endodontic treatment failures in 105 teeth,none of which had advanced periodontal disease,postperforations or root or crown fractures,were analyzed clinically and radiographically to determine the factors for treatment failure. In addition,these cases were also analyzed to find the relation between the failure and the degree of obturation,integrity of the restoration,sex or age. Results: In the 105 teeth,there were 82 teeth of underfilling, 15 teeth of flushfilling and 8 teeth of overfilling. 46cases were male and 52 cases were female. The age ranged from 16 to 65 years old. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the degree of obturation and the endodontic failures,which indicates that the major factors associated with endodontic failures and the persistence of bacteris infection in the canals space and/or the periradicular area.
