摘    要:目的 :探讨雌激素受体与组织蛋白酶D(CathepsinD)在皮肤血管瘤中的表达。 方法 :采用HE染色法对临床皮肤血管瘤标本进行分类 ,并应用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 0例不同时期婴幼儿各类皮肤血管瘤及 2 0例周围正常皮肤组织内雌激素受体 (estrogenreceptor,ER)与CathepsinD的表达。 结果 :在皮肤血管瘤增生期及退化期中 ,ER及CathepsinD均有较高表达 ;在皮肤血管畸形和正常皮肤中 ,ER和CathepsinD表达极弱。 结论 :血管瘤和血管畸形在组织学上有较大区别。雌激素可以通ER促进血管瘤的病理发展 ,同时也增强CathepsinD的表达 ,对血管瘤的病理发展发挥作用。雌激素对血管畸形没有作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and Cathepsin D in human dermal hemangioma. Methods: The clinical human dermal hemangioma tissues were classified by general histological sliding and HE dyeing. The expression of ER and Cathpsin D in 40 infantile hemangiomas (clinically dignozed) and the normal dermal tissues surrounded were detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results: Of all the 40 hemagniomas, there were 25 real hemangiomas and 15 vascular malformation. And in the 25 hemagniomas there were 13 prolifetating hemangiomas and 12 involuting hemangiomas. ER and Cathepsin D were expressed highly in both proliferating hemangiomas and involuting hemangiomas. But ER and Cathepsin D were expressed weakly in both vascular malformation and normal dermal tissues. Conclusion: There is great difference between hemangioma and vascular malformation on histology and morphology. The correlative analysis of ER and Cathepsin D indicates that the expression of ER has positive correlation with the expression of Cathepsin D in proliferating hemangiomas. Estrogen promotes hemagnioma pathgenesis througth ER and by intensifying the expression of Cathepsin D. Estorgen showes no function in vascular malformation.
