心肌梗塞和脑梗塞患者血液流变学指标与血脂水平分析

目的 :为了探讨血液流变学指标、Lp(a)水平及其相关性与血栓性疾病的关系。方法 :心肌梗塞 (AMI)组5 4例 ,脑梗塞 (HBI)组 46例 ,健康对照组 80例 ,分别检测血清脂蛋白a(Lp(a) )、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)及血液流变学相关指标 ,再作统计学分析。结果 :AMI组与HBI组TC、TG、LDL C、Lp(a)水平均明显高于对照组 ,HDL C明显低于对照组 ,ApoA1、ApoB与对照组无明显差异 ,AMI组和HBI组血液流变学指标显著高于对照组 ,且Lp(a)与血液流变学指标有弱相关性 ,但统计学意义不大。结论 :监测血液流变学指标和各项血脂指标的改变 ,对预防及监控心脑血管硬化性疾病 ,预防再复发具有重要的临床意义。

An Analysis of the Hemodynamic Value and Blood Lipid Level of Myocardial Infarction and Brain Infarction Sufferers

Ojbective:To study the relationship between the hemadynamics,blood lipid level and thrombus diseases.Methods:Levels of Lp(a),TC,TG,HDL C,LDL C,ApoA 1 and ApoB in 54 AMI patients,46 HBI patients and 80 healthy controls were measured respectively.Results:A significant increase of TC,TG,LDL C,Lp(a) in the groups of AMI and HBI patients was detected compared with the healthy control.And A significant decrease of HDL C was detected in AMI and HBI groups.As for ApoA 1 and ApoB,no significant difference was found between the AMI,HBI group and the control group.The hemodynamic values of AMI,HBI group were significantly higher than those of the control.No association between Lp(a) and hemodynamic values was found.Conclusion:The monitoring of hemodynamic value and lipid level is of significance in early clinical diagnosis,prediction and prevention of AMI and HBI.
