依那普利治疗高血压病40例观察

应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ＡＣＥＩ）———依那普利（Ｅｎａｌａｐｒｉｌ）对４０例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期高血压病患者进行治疗，５～２０ｍｇ／ｄ，持续３月。治疗前后观察临床表现及超声心动图指标。结果显示依那普利能有效控制血压而对心率无明显影响；逆转左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ），减轻左室心肌重量；改善心脏收缩及舒张功能。提示依那普利是治疗轻中度高血压病的有效药物。
