腹腔镜与开放性肾囊肿去顶术的临床比较

目的:评价腹腔镜与开放性肾囊肿去顶术的优越性,并探讨经腹腔与后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的疗效。方法:采用经腹腔及后腹腔镜行肾囊肿去顶术76例,其中经腹腔路径8例,经腹膜后路径68例,并回顾性分析比较38例开放性肾囊肿去顶术。结果:术中平均出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院天数,腹腔镜组均优于开放手术组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗单纯肾囊肿的疗效明显优于传统开放性手术,值得推广。

Outcomes Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Renal Cyst Unroofing

Objective:To compare the open and laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and investigate the outcome of transperitoneal and retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing.Methods:By using transperitoneal and retroperitoneal,renal cyst unroofing of 76 cases was performed.Among the 76 cases,renal cyst unroofing through transperitoneal approach or retroperitoneal approach was performed on 8 cases and 68 cases respectively.And open renal cyst unroofing of 38 cases was retrospectively analyzed.Results:Laparoscopy had advantages to open surgery in the average intraoperative blood loss,postoperative intestinal recovery,active time of post-operation and inhospital days(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of transperitoneal or retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing in treating simple renal cysts are superior to those by traditional open renal cyst unroofing.
