屈肌滑移术治疗前臂Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩的疗效分析

目的:探讨屈肌滑移术治疗前臂Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩的疗效。方法:将42例前臂Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩病例分为单纯型和复合型,分别采用单纯屈肌滑移术(21例)、屈肌滑移术加神经内松解术(12例)、屈肌滑移术加骨矫形术(7例)治疗。结果:本组42例中,39例获得随访,随访时间12-96月(平均36.5月)。参考手功能评分标准,疗效优31例(73.8%),良6例(14.3%),差2例(4.8%)。优良率为88.1%。结论:屈肌滑移术治疗前臂缺血性肌挛缩疗效可靠,对复合型病例和术后复发病例仍有良好治疗效果。

Therapeutic Effects of Flexor Muscles Sliding Operation on Volkmann Ischemic Contracture of Forearm

Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of flexor muscles sliding operation in treating Volkmann ischemic contracture of forearm.Methods: A total of 42 cases of Volkmann ischemic contracture of forearm,including simple type and compound type,were treated by flexor muscles sliding operation,together with neurolysis and orthopedic surgery if necessary.Results: Of all the 42 cases,39 cases were followed up.The duration of follow-up was 12-96 months with an average of 36.5 months.According to the standard of hand function,the results were excellent in 31 cases(73.8 %),good in 6 cases(14.3 %),and poor in 2 cases(4.8 %).The excellent and good rates were 88.1 %.Conclusion: Flexor muscles sliding operation was an effective management for both simple and compound types of Volkmann ischemic contracture.
