| 摘 要： | 20例重症肌无力及8例对照病人(均有明显眼睑下垂)的冰袋试验结果表明:前者中有18例睑下垂明显改善,而对照病人皆无改善,说明该试验对重症肌无力症敏感并具有特异性。

| Abstract: | Ice pack test was studied with 20 patients with myasthenia gravis and 8 control patients.Prominent eyelid ptosis was present in all.18 of the 20 myasthenic patients showed an unequivocal improvenent of ptosis after the ice pack was placed over one affected eye,whereas none of the controls improved.This test seems to be specific and sensitive for the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis. |
