卵巢巧克力囊肿的声像图诊断

为提高卵巢巧克力囊肿的诊断率，以指导临床医师选择治疗方式，通过超声检查并结合病史、症状和体征在术前作出诊断。２００例病人均经手术（包括穿刺术）和病检证实。结果：提出卵巢巧克力囊肿的４种声像图特征，２００例术前诊断符合率达９６％。认为：３５岁以下的妇女宜选择穿刺术和药物保守治疗，３５岁以上者多用手术治疗。

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Ovarian Cyst Chocolate

The diagnostic coincidence rate of ovarian cyst chocolate has been raised before the operation and the clinical doctor can choose a form among treatments.It is method that the diagnosis before the operation can be made by the ultrasonographic examination and combiningthe clinical symptoms and the signs, 200 patients were confirmed after the operation (included the puncture of the ovarian cyst chocolate) by the pathological examination.Results: Four patterns of the ultrasonographic diagnosis have been raised and the diagnostic coincidence rate before the operation was 96 percent in the 200 patients. It is suggested that the puncture or the drugs may be made by the patients below 35 years of age and the surgical operation may be performed on the patients above 35 years of age.
