硝吡乙甲酯对大鼠心肌缺血及复灌性损害的保护作用

摘    要:在大鼠心脏冠脉左前降支结扎造成的心肌缺血模型上,观察冠脉结扎前1h硝吡乙甲酯(Nit 20mg/kg)灌胃,对心肌缺血损害时血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)及心律失常的影响。结果显示:Nit可降低缺血和复灌时血清CPK(P<0.05);减少缺血复灌性室性心律失常发生率,缩短室性心律失常持续时间(P<0.01)。说明Nit对实验性心肌缺血损害具有保护作用。

Abstract:The effects of nitrendipine,a calcium antaganist,on the myocardial ischemic and reperfusive in- jury were studied in rats with coronary artery occlusion and reperfusion.The results showed that ni- trendipine could lower serum creatine phosphokinase(CPK)in myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, and could decrease incidence and shorten duration of ventricular arrhythmias,eliminate incidence of ventricular fibrillation.The results indicate that nitrendipine could afford protective effects against my- ocardial ischemic and reperfusive injury of rats.
