| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析我国炎症性肠病 (IBD)患者肠外表现的临床特点 ,探讨发生机制。方法 :收集武汉大学中南医院自 1984～ 2 0 0 3年期间IBD住院及部分门诊患者 15 2例 ,其中溃疡性结肠炎 (UC) 12 7例 ,克罗恩病 (CD) 2 5例 ,分别观察骨关节病变、口腔溃疡、眼病、肝胆疾病以及皮肤表现 ,对比UC和CD肠外表现的差异。结果 :本组 34%IBD患者有肠外表现 ,CD以口腔溃疡、骨关节病变以及肝胆表现为主 ,而UC以骨关节病变、皮肤表现为主。CD患者口腔溃疡发生率显著高于UC(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :我国IBD患者肠外表现也比较常见。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study clinic features of extraintestinal manifestations of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in Chinese patients in Hubei. Methods: 152 patients with IBD, 127 with ulcerative colitis (UC) and 25 with Crohn's disease (CD), diagnosed from 1984 to 2003 were screened retrospectively for extrointestinal manifestations. Results: 34% of the patients with IBD had extraintestinal manifestations. Oral alphtous ulcer and osteoarthropathy and hepatobiliary lesion were main manifestations in CD, and osteoarthropathy and cutaneous diseases were main manifestations in UC. The prevalence of oral alphtous ulcer in CD was significantly higher than that in UC (20% vs 4%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Extraintestinal manifestations of IBD were common in Chinese patients with IBD in Hubei province. |
