摘    要:目的:研究935 MHz微波电磁辐射对小鼠卵母细胞成熟的影响。方法:将促排卵小鼠暴露于不同强度、不同时间的935 MHz微波辐射,观察其对超排卵母细胞数以及不同时间间隔(0,8,24 h)生发泡破裂率、第一极体释放率及卵母细胞存活率的影响。结果:1 400μW/cm2,4 h/d组与对照组相比,第一极体释放率显著降低(0 h,P<0.01;8 h,P<0.01),卵母细胞存活率也明显下降(0 h,P<0.01;8 h,P<0.05;24 h,P<0.05);与1 400μW/cm2,2 h/d组比较,第一极体释放率均显著降低(0 h,P<0.01;8 h,P<0.01;24 h,P<0.05),卵母细胞存活率也均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:935 MHz微波电磁辐射可抑制小鼠卵母细胞体内成熟,并具一定剂量反应关系及累积效应。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of 935 MHz microwave electromagnetic fields(EMF) on meiotic maturation of mouse oocytes.Methods: Mice of superovulation were exposed in 935 MHz continuous microwaves at three intensities as 150,570 and 1 400 μW/cm2,respectively,for two or four hours per day lasting for three days.The average superovulation population,the germinal vesicle breakdown(GVBD),the extrusion of the first polar body and the quality and the viability of mouse oocyte in different time-gaps(0,8 and 24 h).Results: There was no significant difference of the average superovulation population and GVBD among the groups.The extrusion of the first polar body in the 1 400 μW/cm 2 + 4 h/d radiation group was significantly lower than the sham group at the cultivation time of 0 h and 8 h(P<0.01),and compared with sham group,the quality and the viability of mouse oocyte in the 1 400 μW/cm 2 + 4 h/d radiation group was significantly reduced at the cultivation time of 0 h,8 h and 24 h(0 h,P<0.01;8 h,P<0.05;24 h,P<0.05);The extrusion of the first polar body and the quality and the viability of mouse oocyte also had significant difference between the 1 400 μW/cm 2 + 4 h/d radiation group and the 1 400 μW/cm 2 + 2 h/d radiation group at the cultivation time of 0 h,8 h and 24 h(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: The results indicated that 935 MHz microwave electromagnetic fields may be hazardous to the process of meiotic maturation of mouse oocyte,which may affect the fertile ability and reproductive function of mouse.
