β-连环蛋白和核转录因子-κB在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的:研究β 连环蛋白(β Cat)和核转录因子 κB(NF κB)在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用 SP免疫组织化学方法检测53例胃癌组织及18 例正常胃组织中β Cat、NF κB的表达情况。结果:β Cat、NF κB在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.05),二者在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为 69.81%和 66.04%。β Cat的表达与肿瘤病理分化程度、有无淋巴结转移、病理分型、浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05)。NF κB的表达与肿瘤大小、有无淋巴结转移、病理分型、浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05)。β Cat、NF κB在胃癌组织中的表达密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:β Cat和NF κB在胃癌组织中的表达有相关性,β Cat和NF κB的异常表达参与了胃癌的发生、发展,提示β Cat和NF κB可作为判断预后的指标和化疗的靶点。

Expression of Catenin-β and NF-κB in Gastric Carcinoma and Their Relationship

Objective: To study the expression of β-Catenin (β-Cat) and nucler factor kappa-B (NF-κB) in gastric carcinoma and their relationship. Methods: SP immunochemical method was performed to detect the expression of β-Cat and NF-κB in 53 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue and 18 cases of nomal gastric tissue. Results: Expression of β-Cat and NF-κB in gastric cancinoma tissue were more significantly detectable than in nomal gastric tissue (P<0.05). 69.81% and 66.04% tumor tissues were positive for β-Cat and NF-κB. β-Cat was closely related to pathological differentiation,pathological stages,lymph node metastasis and the deepness of invasion (P<0.05). NF-κB was closely related to tumor size,pathological stages,lymph node metastasis and the deepness of invasion (P<0.05). The expression of NF-κB was significantly correlated with β-Cat (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of NF-κB correlates with that of β-Cat in gastric carcinoma. The abnormal expression of NF-κB and β-Cat may participate in the occurence and development of gastric carcinorma. It indicates that β-Cat and NF-κB may be markers in evaluating prognosis of gastric carcinoma and provide targets for chemopreventive strategies.
