| 摘 要： | 报告８例急诊体外循环手术病人的麻醉处理。选择对心血管系统影响轻微的ｒ－ＯＨ或依托咪酯复合芬太尼行麻醉诱导，持续静脉输注芬太尼维持麻醉。术前、术中合理应用血管活性药物，以支持严重衰竭的心功能，维持血流动力学的相对稳定。本组有７例顺利渡过麻醉手术期，痊愈出院

| Abstract: | The anesthesia management of emergent CPB in 8 patients was reported in this article. The cardiovascular function of the patients was seriously damaged and usually accompanied by acute progressive heart failure. Etomide or r OH, which has minus cardiovascular sideffects, was used in combination with fentany in the anesthesia induction. Anesthesia mainterance was achieved by continuous intrayenous infusion of fentany. Cardiovascular drugs were used properly both pre and intraopratively in order to support the seriously damaged heart function and to achieve a comparatively constrant hemodynamics. All of the 8 patients tided over anesthesia and operation. |
