大肠腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子和神经纤毛蛋白-2的表达

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和神经纤毛蛋白-2(Nrp-2)在大肠腺癌组织中的表达、相互关系及与临床病理的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测VEGF和Nrp-2在大肠腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达和分布。应用SPSS 16.0软件包对数据进行χ2检验和直线相关分析。结果:VEGF和Nrp-2在大肠腺癌组织中的表达率分别是:68.29%(28/41)和78.05%(32/41),明显高于癌旁组织中的表达率20%(2/10)和0%(0/10),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF和Nrp-2蛋白在大肠腺癌组织中的表达有明显的正相关性(r=0.837,P<0.05)。大肠腺癌组织中VEGF与Nrp-2的表达均与肿瘤大小、浸润深度及淋巴结转移等相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤分化程度、部位、患者年龄和性别无关(P>0.05)。结论:Nrp-2可能与大肠腺癌组织中的血管及淋巴管形成相关,VEGF与Nrp-2协同在大肠腺癌的发展、浸润和转移过程中发挥着作用。

Expressions of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Neuropilin-2 in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma Tissues

Objective: To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Neuropilin-2(Nrp-2) in colorectal adenocarcinoma and adjacent normal tissues,and their relation with the clinicopathological features.Methods: The expressions of VEGF and Nrp-2 in specimens from colorectal adenocarcinoma and normal tissues adjacent to cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.The relations between expressions and clinicopathological features were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software package for chi-square test and linear correlation analysis.Results: The expression rate of VEGF and Nrp-2 proteins in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was 68.29%(28/41) and 78.05%(32/41),respectively which,were significantly higher than 20%(2/10) and 0%(0/10),respectively,in adjacent normal tissues(all P<0.05).The expression of the two proteins had a remarkable positive correlation(r=0.837,P<0.05).In addition,both VEGF and Nrp-2 expressions in specimens from patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma had correlation with the tumor size,infiltrating depth,lymph node metastasis and so on(all P<0.05),though they had no correlation with the differentiation degree of tumor,position,and gender or age of patients(all P>0.05).Conclusion: Nrp-2 may be involved in the lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis of colorectal adenocarcinoma,and the cooperation between VEGF and Nrp-2 may play an important role in the development,invasion,and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
