| 摘 要： | 目的:研究皮下修剪法腋臭根治术手术成败原因及处理。方法:123例腋臭患者采用了腋窝横皱襞小切口皮下修剪法腋臭根治术,统计了应用此术式的疗效并对手术成败原因进行分析。结果:未清洗条件下,活动出汗后双侧腋窝无臭味为痊愈,本组109例;距腋窝50 cm处未闻及臭味为有效,本组14例;活动出汗后距腋窝50 cm处闻及臭味为复发,本组0例。结论:皮下修剪法腋臭根治术是一种微创、疗效可靠的腋臭手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the outcome of radical correction of axillary osmidrosis by subcutaneous excision.Methods: The clinic data of 123 cases with axillary osmidrosis treated by a radical surgical correction of subcutaneous excision were investigated.Results: One hundred and nine patients were cured,the other 14 were effective,and no patient recurred.Conclusion: The radical correction of axillary osmidrosis by subcutaneous excision is one kind of credible treatment. |
