| 摘 要： | 本文对丹参口服液护肝、降酶作用进行了实验和临床的研究。结果表明,丹参口服液能明显降低四氯化碳和醋氨酚肝毒剂量所致的小鼠 SGPT 升高,抑制肝细胞脂质过氧化反应,具有抗实验性肝损伤作用。临床应用丹参口服液治疗57例慢性乙型肝炎,具有明显降酶和改善病人症状等疗效,总有效率为77.1%。

| Abstract: | 57 cases of hepatitis B were treated with Radix Salviae Miltivrrizae(RSM)oral solution.The re- sults indicated that sGPT level decreased and the patients' symptoms and sydromes improved signifi- cantly with no obvious side effect when compared with those of the control.The high sGPT level and production of lipid peroxidation(LPO)in liver homogenates significantly decreased by the pre-use of 20～40g/kg i.g.of RSM oral solution for 12 days in CCl_4 and Acetaminophen intoxicated mice.The results suggest that RSM oral solution plays a protective role in hepatic injury in mice. |
