| 摘 要： | 298例遗传咨询病人的染色体显带分析中有45例异常(15.1％),其中常染色体结构异常占33.3％,数目异常占11.1％;性染色体异常占6.9％,Yq~+占44.4％,嵌合体占4.4％。染色体检查对产前诊断、预防及降低遗传病和避免先天畸形儿的出生具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The chromosome bandings of 298 cases are analysed during a genetic inquiry. The results are as follows: 45 (15.1%) are abnormal, of whom 33.3% suffer from autosomal structure as aberration, 11.1% from numerical abnormity, 6.9% from sex chromosome abnormity, 44.4% from Yq+ and 4.4% from mosaic. Such examination is very important for antenatal diagnosis, prevention and reduction of genetic diseases and congenital malformation. |
