摘    要:目的 探讨封闭负压引流(VAC)对兔深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法 采用兔深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,28只实验兔(每只4个创面)随机分为两组(VAC组和对照组),分别采用封闭负压引流治疗及常规包扎治疗,观察创面的大体变化及愈合情况,分别留取不同时相的创面标本,进行组织羟脯氨酸(OHP)含量及细胞周期检测。结果 创面应用封闭负压引流可促进坏死组织清除,使创面组织OHP含量明显增高(P<0.01),S期细胞百分比升高(P<0.05);VAC组平均愈合天数为(17.27±1.09)d,对照组平均愈合天数为(20.38±1.58)d,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 封闭负压引流可促进兔深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合,可能与促进坏死组织清除及细胞增殖等有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of vacuum-assisted closure on wound in deep second degree scalded rabbits. Methods In 28 rabbits with 4 deep second degree scalded wounds treated on a random basis with vacuum-assisted closure or routine enswathement respectively, the changes in the wound were observed and wound tissue was harvested at different time point after injury for detection of tissue hydroxyproline content and cell cycle. The general condition of the wound healing was also observed.Results Application of vacuum-assisted closure promoted elimination of wound necrotic tissue and increased wound tissue hydroxyproline content(P<0.01) and the percentage of S-stage cell(P<0.05), with significantly-shortened wound healing time(P<0.01). Conclusion Application of vacuum-assisted closure can promote deep second degree scalded wound healing in rabbits which may be associated with promoting elimination of wound necrotic tissue and enhancing cell proliferation.
