食管鳞状细胞癌组织中FAK和Paxillin蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨FAK和桩蛋白(Paxillin)在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测59例ESCC、27例癌旁不典型增生组织及36例正常食管黏膜组织中FAK和Paxillin蛋白的表达。结果 ESCC、癌旁不典型增生组织及正常黏膜组织中FAK蛋白的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为79.7%(47/59)、59.3%(16/27)和19.4%(7/36),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ESCC、癌旁不典型增生组织及正常黏膜组织中Paxillin蛋白的阳性表达率亦依次降低,分别为71.2%(42/59)、55.6%(15/27)和36.1%(13/36),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FAK和Paxillin蛋白表达均与ESCC的分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。ESCC组织中FAK蛋白与Paxillin呈正相关关系(γ=0.442,P<0.05)。结论 FAK和Paxillin蛋白表达与ESCC的发生、发展和转移密切相关,联合检测FAK及Paxillin蛋白可望成为ESCC早期诊断和预后判断的生物学标记之一,并且也将为治疗提供了新的靶点。

Expression of FAK and Paxillin protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue
Abstract:Objecive: To explore the expression of FAK and Paxillin protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tisuss (ESCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of FAk and Paxillin protein in 59 cases of ESCC tissue ,27 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and 36 cases of normal esophageal epithelium. Results: The expression rates of FAK protein decreased by turns in carcinoma ,adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and normal esophageal epithelium specimens which were 79.7%(47/59), 59.3%(16/27)and 19.4%(7/36) respectively.There was a significant statistic difference among the groups(P<0.05).The expression rates of Paxillin protein decreased by turns in carcinoma ,adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and normal esophageal epithelium specimens which were 71.2%(42/59)、55.6%(15/27)and 36.1%(13/36)respectively. There was a significant statistic difference among the groups(P<0.05).The expression of FAK and Paxillin protein was closely correlated with the tumor grade ,infiltrative depth and lymphatic metastasis in ESCC tiissue(P<0.05). The expression of FAK protein was positively correlated with the expression of Paxillin in ESCC tissue(γp=0.442,P<0.05).Conclusions: FAK and Paxillin protein might play important roles in the infiltration, metastasis and carcinogenesis of ESCC. United examining FAK and Paxillin protein can become one of biomarker in the early diagnosis and prognostic judgement of ESCC,and also provide a new therapeutic target.
