CD44和CD44v6在大肠癌的表达及其意义

摘要] 目的 探讨CD44和CD44v6在大肠癌（colorectal carcinoma，CRC）中的表达与其侵袭转移的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化SABC法检测CD44和CD44v6蛋白在102例大肠正常黏膜、14例腺瘤和102例CRC中的表达。 结果CD44和CD44v6蛋白在正常黏膜的低表达和癌组织的高表达差异有显著性（P<0.01）；随着分化程度的降低，Dukes分期的增加，其表达逐渐增高；淋巴结和远处器官转 移组中的表达均高于未转移组，且差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论CD44和CD44v6可以作为预测CRC侵袭转移潜能的生物学指标。

Expresssion and significance of CD44 and CD44v6 in colorectal carcinoma

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma and the expressions of CD44 and CD44v6.Methods The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expressions of CD44 and CD44v6 in paraffin-embedded speciments of 102 cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissues、14 cases of adenomas and 102 cases of colorectal carcinomas.Results There were significant differences between the high expressions of CD44 and CD44v6 in colorectal carcinoma and the low expressions in normal mucosa(P＜0.001); these markers showed the increase tendency with the progression of Dukes stages and histodifferentiation;There were significant differences between the positive metastasis and the negative metastasis of lymph node and distant organ(P＜0.05).Conclusions CD44 and CD44v6 could become biological parameters for prognosing the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
