有氧运动护理干预对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖及生活质量的影响

目的 观察有氧运动护理干预对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖及生活质量的影响。方法 将社区2型糖尿病患者102例随机分为两组，有氧运动干预组54例，对照组48例，分别于干预前及干预6个月后检测血糖指标及运用2型糖尿病患者生活质量量表对两组患者进行评分。结果 干预6个月后，有氧运动组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均显著降低（P＜0.01）；心理维度、社会维度、满意度维度评分均明显提高（P＜0.05）；生理维度评分显著升高（P＜0.01）。结论 长期、规律的有氧运动能有效降低社区2型糖尿病患者的血糖，同时可从生理健康、心理健康等方面全面提高社区2型糖尿病患者生活质量。

The Effect of Aerobic Exercise Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose and Health-related Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in Community

Objective To observe the effects of aerobic exercises nursing intervention on blood glucose and health-related quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes in community．Methods 102 patients with type 2 diabetes in community were divided into two groups randomly，54 cases were trained with aerobic exercises and 48 cases as control，glucose indexes were observed and the dimensions of Health-related Quality of Life were evaluated by T2DMQLS between the two groups before and after 6 months nursing intervention respectively. Result After 6 months nursing intervention， the blood glucose indexes such as fast blood glucose， 2-hour post-meal blood glucose and HbA1c were all decreased significantly comparing with pretest level(P＜0.01)，meanwhile， the scores of dimensions such as mental and social and satisfaction of T2DMQLS were all raised significantly（P＜0.05）and the scores of physical health dimension were raised greatly（P＜0.01）. Conclusion Long-term disciplinary aerobic exercises training can decrease the blood glucose of type 2 Diabetes patients in community significantly and it can improve both the physical and mental health quality of life of them at the same time.
