hEXO1A238G基因多态性与宫颈癌的易感相关性研究

目的 探讨hEXO1基因多态性与广东汉族妇女宫颈癌易感的相关性.方法 采用分子流行病学研究方法,收集123例经病理学确诊为宫颈癌的新发患者为病例组,274例年龄相匹配的健康妇女作为对照组;采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析技术,对hEXO1基因A238G多态位点进行分型,采用非条件logistic回归分析统计该多态位点与宫颈癌易感的相关性.结果 病例组与对照组间基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义(2=0.318,P=0.85);以GG基因型作为参照,AG、AA基因型均没有显著增加个体患宫颈癌的风险(OR分别为0.80和0.79,95% CI分别为0.342～1.873和0.347～1.802).结论 hEXO1基因A238G多态性与广东汉族妇女宫颈癌易感性无关.

Association analysis between the hEXO1 A238G polymorphism and the susceptibility of cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the correlation between the hEXO1 A238G polymorphism and susceptibility of cervical cancer in Cantonese Han population.Methods The genotypes of the hEXO1 A238G polymorphism were determined in 123 cervical cancer patients and 274 healthy female blood donors by polymerase chain reaction-based restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Correlation between the polymorphism and susceptibility of cervical cancer was evaluated using unconditional logistic regression analysis.Results In this study,no significant difference was observed in the frequency of hEXO1 A238G between cases and controls(x2=0.318,P=0.85).Taking GG genotype as reference,no significant increase of prevalence of cervical cancer was observed in those carrying AG or AA genotypes(OR=0.80,95%CI=0.342~1.873,and OR=0.79,95%CI=0.347~1.802,respectively).Conclusion hEXO1 A238G polymorphism is not correlated with cervical cancer susceptibility in Cantonese Han population.
