| 摘 要： | 目的探讨国产可膨胀型三件套阴茎支撑体治疗勃起功能障碍（ED）的疗效、安全性及可靠性。方法使用国产可膨胀型三件套阴茎支撑体植入治疗10例重度ED患者，其中血管性ED2例，神经性ED2例，混合性ED6例，术后随访观察。结果10例患者手术过程顺利，术后随访2～45个月。未见感染、侵蚀及机械性并发症，总有效率为100％。结论国产可膨胀型阴茎支撑体植入治疗难治性ED疗效确切，安全、可靠。 |
