新型冠状病毒肺炎防控下急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓的护理管理策略

目的 探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓的应急措施。方法通过制定完整的筛查流程，对疑似或确诊的溶栓患者采取预防和控制措施，设立发热门诊隔离室，建立高效合理的神经内科卒中绿色通道、加强医护人员的相关知识培训，快速筛查新型冠状病毒并为脑卒中患者进行静脉溶栓治疗，缩短从急诊就诊到静脉溶栓所用时间（DNT）。结果共收治急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓共18例，筛查出疑似患者2例，无漏诊，无延误。结论疫情防控下的应急策略对急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓的筛查和工作流程，不仅缩短了DNT，改善了患者的预后，还有效地避免了院内感染的发生。

The nursing strategy for intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke under the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia.

Objective To investigate the emergency measures of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute stroke during pandemic of new coronavirus pneumonia. Methods Through the establishment of a complete screening process, prevention and control measures for suspected or confirmed patients with thrombolysis were applied. Fever outpatient isolation room, and efficient and reasonable green channel for stroke in neurology department were also established. The relevant knowledge training was strengthened in medical staff. So as to set up a rapid screening scheme of novel coronavirus and intravenous thrombolysis, thus shortened the DNT. Results From January 1 to August 31, 2020, 18 cases of intravenous thrombolysis for acute stroke were admitted, and 2 suspected patient were screened. No missed diagnosis or delay treatment was observed. Conclusion Emergency strategies under epidemic of new coronavirus pneumonia is effective and shortens DNT, and also effectively avoid the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
