不同温度对脉冲射频治疗三叉神经痛疗效的影响

摘要] 目的 观察不同温度对脉冲射频治疗三叉神经痛疗效的影响。方法 37例接受脉冲射频治疗的三叉神经痛患者随机分为三组（38℃、42℃、45℃），观察不同时间点的VAS评分及卡马西平服用量，计算有效率。结果 治疗后各组均有较好的镇痛效应，治疗后2周有效率分别是54.5%（38℃组）、66.6% (42℃组)、82.4% (45℃组)，45℃组的有效率高于38℃组和42℃组；没有严重并发症。结论 38℃、42℃、45℃脉冲射频均有效，但45℃组的有效率高于38℃组和42℃组。

Influences of different temperature on clinical effect of percutaneous pulsed radiofrequency for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

Abstract] Objective To observe Influences of different temperature on clinical effect of percutaneous pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 37 trigeminal neuralgia patients accept PRF were randomly divided into three group（38℃、42℃、45℃）, observe Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and Carbamazepine dosage at different timepoint, calculate effective power. Result Each group have good relieve pain effect, at 2 week post-treatment, effective power is 54.5%（38℃ group）、66.6% (42℃ group)、82.4% (45℃ group), 45℃ group’s effective power is higher than 38℃ and 42℃ group, no serious complication occurred in all of the patients. Conclusion Different temperature（38℃、42℃、45℃）pulsed radiofrequency all have good effects, but 45℃ group’s effective power is higher than 38℃ and 42℃ group.
