缺血中风急性期CGRP,ET动态变化及其与证候的相关性

目的观察缺血中风急性期降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及内皮素(ET)的动态变化及其与证候要素相关性。方法以健康体检者30例对照,对60例缺血中风急性期患者各时点应用放射免疫法(RIA)测CGRP,ET的含量,同时采集中医临床四诊信息并确定其证候要素。结果各时点患者血浆ET的动态水平都高于正常对照组(P<0·01),呈逐步下降趋势;第3、7患者血浆CGRP的水平低于正常对照组(P<0·01),第14天水平低于正常对照组(P<0·05),并呈逐步上升趋势。第7、14天血瘀证患者CGRP含量低于其他证型组,而第3、7天ET含量高于其他证型组,并符合血浆CGRP,ET的动态变化。结论CGRP和ET参与缺血中风的急性过程,与血瘀证密切相关;CGRP和ET含量测定可能对缺血中风血瘀证的临床治疗有一定的指导意义。

Study on the trend of CGRP and ET in the plasma and their relationship with the TCM syndromes in the acutestage of ischemic stroke

Objective To observe the trends of CGRP (calcitonin gene-related peptide) and ET (endothelin) in the plasma and their relationship with the TCM syndromes in the acute stage of ischemic stroke.Methods Compared to the 30 healthy cotrols (control group), CGRP and ET were measured continuously by the method of RIA(radio immunoassay) in the acute stage of 60 ischemic stroke patients(stroke group). Symptoms and signs were collected and distinguished into different types of TCM syndromes. Results ET level of stroke group in the all time points were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), with decreasing trend. The level of CGRP in the stroke group in the first and second time points were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). The level at the third point was significantly lower(P<0.05). The CGRP level at all time points had an increasing trend. The CGRP level in the syndrome of Xueyu in the second and third time points were significantly lower, and the level of ET in the first and second time points were significantly higher than that of other syndromes.Both trends were coincident with the ones of the above.Conclusion CGRP and ET are involved in the acute stage of ischemic stroke and are assoicated with TCM syndrome of Xueyu. Plasma CGRP and ET level are helpful for the treatment of TCM syndrome of xueyu in ischemic stroke.
