摘    要:摘要] 目的 通过检测胸水中细胞角蛋白片段抗原(CYFRA21-1)和C-erbB-2基因,探索鉴别诊断良、恶性胸腔积液的新方法。方法 收集35例恶性胸水和35例良性胸水,分别进行CYFRA21-1和C-erbB-2检测,CYFRA21-1采用固相夹心免疫放射量度法(RIA)、C-erbB-2含量采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。结果 CYFRA21-1在恶性胸水组中含量(98.54±23.32)ng/ml]明显高于良性胸水组(16.18±5.77)ng/ml];C-erbB-2在恶性胸水组中含量为(5.12±1.56)ng/ml明显高于良性胸水组为(1.76±0.31)ng/ml。结论 胸水CYFRA21-1和C-erbB-2联合检测可极大提高良、恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断的灵敏度。

Evaluation of Tumor Mark CYFRA21-1 and C-erbB-2 in Chest Fluid to Differentiate Malignant and Benign Pleural Effusion
Abstract:Objective To test of CYFRA21-1 and C-erbB-2 in pleural fluid and develop diagnostic application for malignant and benign pleural effusion differentiation. Method C-erbB-2 and CYFRA21-1 were Detected by ELISA analysis and RIA analysis respectively in 35 cases of malignant pleural effusion and 35 cases of benign pleural effusion . the statistical analysis was performed by SPSS11.3 software. Results The mean level of CYFRA21-1 in malignant pleural effusions was 98.54±23.32 ng/ml higher than that in benign pleural effusions16.18±5.77 ng/ml,Furthermore, the mean level of C-erbB-2 in malignant effusions was (5.12±1.56 ng/ml) significantly higher than that in benign effusions which were 1.76±0.31ng/ml. Conclusion Evaluation of CYFRA21-1 and C-erbB-2 in chest fluid can improve the differential diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion from tuberculous pleural effusion.
