首发精神分裂症患者的双稳态知觉

目的 探索首发精神分裂症患者双稳态知觉是否存在异常.方法 纳入首发精神分裂症患者(SZ组)和正常对照被试(HC组)各18例,采用静态的面孔花瓶两可图形和动态的运动感知结构两可图形,比较两组被试在观察两种图形时知觉的切换频率和知觉的持续时间.结果 在知觉两种图形时,SZ组的切换频率和持续时间均与HC组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).SZ组患者知觉的切换频率和持续时间与其阳性及阴性症状量表得分以及个人与社会功能量表得分之间也无显著相关关系.结论 首发精神分裂症患者的双稳态知觉与常人一样,无明显异常.

Intact bistable perception in patients with first-episode schizophrenia

Objective To explore the bistable perception in first-episode schizophrenia patients.Methods Eighteen first-episode schizophrenia patients and 18 healthy controls were recruited,to detect the switching frequency and time of duration when viewed two kinds of ambiguous figures (the static face-vase ambiguous figure and the dynamic structure ambiguous figure).Results There were no significant difference between patients and healthy controls in the switching frequency and time of duration in these two kinds of materials.Further analysis also showed that there was no significant correlation between these indicators and the positive or negative symptoms scale or the social function scale in schizophrenia.Conclusion Bistable perception in patients with first-episode schizophrenia remain intact.
