广州地区中医体质类型基础信息调查分析

目的：初步了解广州地区人群的中医体质类型分布状况。方法：采用王琦教授的标准化的9种中医体质量表对1186例人群进行调查。结果：平和质73人偏颇体质为1113人，其中偏颇体质占93.84%。其中气虚质302人，阳虚质57人，阴虚质64人，瘀血质22人，痰湿质463人，湿热质152人，气郁质38人，特禀质15人。结论：9种体质的分布有一定的差异性。其中偏颇体质以气虚质和痰湿质为主，为以后开展亚健康状态中医药干预的临床研究提供调查依据。

The analysis of basic information of constitution in Chinese medicine

Objective: To explore Guangzhou crowd of constitution in Chinese medicine type distribute condition. Method: By using the professor Wangqi’s standard Constitution in Chinese Medicine, 1186 people were investigated. Result: 73 people are normal quality , but 1113 people are abnormal, and they are 93.84% among them. the qi debility constitution is 302 people, yang falsely constitution be 57 people, Yin falsely constitution be 64 people and the blood stasis constitution be 22 people and the phlegm-wetness constitution be 463 people and the hot and damp constitution be 152 people and the qi-stagnation constitution be 38 people and special quality 15 people.Conclusion:9 kinds of constitution in Chinese medicine distribute to have difference. And the qi debility constitution and the phlegm-wetness constitution are the most. These results for the sub-health research with traditional Chinese medicine intervention of clinical research provide to investigate basis.
