紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效观察

目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法将我院2009年1月～2011年2月收治的乳腺癌患者60例，随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组30例。对照组给予紫杉醇k75mg／m^2静脉滴注；治疗组给予紫杉醇175mg／m^2静脉滴注，顺铂20mg／m^2。21d为1个疗程，2组均连续治疗4个疗程。评价2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Taxol Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of breast cancer with taxol and cisplatin. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer patients from January 2009 to February 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases of in each group. The control group had intravenous injection with 175 mg/m^2 of paclitaxel while the treatment group with 175 mg/m^2 of paclitaxel and 20 mg/m^2 of cisplatin. Two groups were both treated for four continuous sessions with 21d for each session. Clinical curative effect and adverse reaction rate were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group had obvious differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of adverse reaction rates comparative differences were of no statistically significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of treatment of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin for breast cancer could be popularized.
