植物内生真菌抗稻瘟病菌活性菌株的筛选

摘    要:目的筛选具有抗稻瘟病菌活性的植物内生真菌菌株。方法以稻瘟病(Magnaporthe grisea)菌株GUY11为靶标菌,对分离自南方红豆杉的56株内生真菌菌株进行抗稻瘟病菌活性筛选。结果共有16株菌株发酵液对GUY11孢子萌发的ID50在10以上,且对其附着胞形成的ID50在50以上,占总菌株数的28.6%;活性菌株主要分布在拟青霉属(Paecilomyces sp.)和木霉属(Trichoderma sp.),分别是9株和2株;不同内生真菌的发酵液对孢子萌发和附着胞形成的抑制作用是不同的。结论红豆杉内生真菌对稻瘟病菌具有较高的抑制活性。

Abstract:Objective To screen endophytic fungi with the antifungal activities against Magnaporthe grisea. Methods Magnaporthe grisea strain GUY11 was used to test antifungal activities of 56 strains of endophytic fungi isolated from Taxus mairei.
