浙江省基层卫生服务机构医务人员信息化服务的需求分析

摘    要:目的了解基层卫生服务机构医务人员信息化服务的能力与需求,为卫生信息化建设提供依据。方法采用分层抽样法随机选取4239名医务人员进行了匿名式问卷调查。结果2008年底前,61.6%的医务人员在工作中使用过社区医疗卫生软件,20.4%对其使用感到满意,但有31.6%认为现有的社区医疗卫生软件不能满足工作要求。28.5%的医务人员没有任何计算机应用能力证书,44.2%没有参加过信息化方面的知识和技能培训。结论基层卫生服务机构医务人员普遍认可当前信息化工作的作用,但使用的满意率偏低,需要加快改进卫生信息化的建设状况和信息化服务的培训工作。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the demand of information service among the medical staff from primary health services and to provide guide for health information technology. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4239 medical staff, selected from primary health services in Zhejiang province by stratified randomly sampling. Results 61.6% of the medical staff had the experience of the community medical software and 20.4% of whom was satisfied before the year of 2008. 31.6% of the medical staff thought the software can not meet the working requirement. 28.5% of the medical staff had no any computer proficiency certificate and 44.2% of whom hadn ' t participated in the information technology knowledge and skills training. Conclusion The medical staff of the primary health services generally approved the role of the current information work and the rate of satisfaction was lower. Health management should aeeelarate the construction of health informatization and the training service as soon as possible.
