杭州市医患关系现状调查分析

通过对杭州市区20家综合医院和临安市2家医院的医患关系相关问题的调查，探究医患关系紧张的原因，探索医患关系的合理模式，为构建和谐医患关系提出建议。通过强化政府职能、加大对卫生部门的财政投入、完全医疗保障制度、加强医生职业道德教育、加强医患沟通、加强医患关系管理等几个方面来改善医患关系。

Investigation and analysis on the current physician-patient relationships in Hangzhou City

Through investigating and analyzing physician-patient relationships status of 20 general hospitals in Hangzhou city and 2 general hospitals in Linan city, we explored the reasons for the strained relationships between doctors and patients and the rational model of physician-patient relationships, and gave suggestions for constructing harmonious physician-patient relationships. In order to improve the physician-patient relationships, we should strengthen the government＇s functions, increase financial input to health department, complete medical security system, enhance medical ethics education, reinforce the doctor-patient communication, and improve the physician-patient relationships management and so on.
