中共第一代领导集体对时代问题的认识

以毛泽东为核心的中共第一代领导集体在科学认识到时代已进入相对缓和时期的基础上 ,在建国初把党的工作重点放在了创造和平国际环境、发展生产上 ,使我国的国民经济迅速得到恢复 ;但 2 0世纪 6 0年代后 ,由于对时代认识的偏差 ,强调战争与革命 ,导致了整个工作的失误 ,使我国错过了战后经济高速发展的“黄金时期” ,经济建设停滞不前。
