早期糖尿病肾病患者血清胱抑素C与尿微量白蛋白相关性的研究

目的：测定2型糖尿病早期肾病患者血清胱抑素C水平,探讨其与尿白蛋白排泄率的相关性。方法：收集我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者45例,其中早期糖尿病肾病组25例,单纯糖尿病组20例,并以30例健康体检者作为对照者组。采用免疫比浊法测定血清胱抑素C水平,放射免疫分析法测定尿白蛋白排泄率。结果：早期糖尿病肾病组及单纯糖尿病组血清胱抑素C水平高于对照组（P〈0.01）,早期糖尿病肾病组血清胱抑素C水平与单纯糖尿病组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。早期糖尿病肾病组血清胱抑素C与尿白蛋白排泄率呈正相关。结论：血清胱抑素C对糖尿病早期肾损伤具有重要的诊断价值。

RELATIVITY STUDY THE SERUM CYSTATIN C AND URINARY ALBUMIN EXCRETION IN PATIENTS WITH EARLY DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

Objective：To investigate the serum level of cystatin C（CysC） and the relationship between it and urinary albumin excretion（UAE） in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 25 type 2 diabetes patients with early diabetic nephropathy and 20 type 2 diabetes patients without complication were enrolled.30 health check-up individuals were selected as control group.The level of the serum CysC and UAE is respectively detected by nephelometry and radio-immunity method.Results The levels of the serum CysC in type 2 diabetes patients were significantly higher than those of the control group.There was a significant difference of serum CysC level between early diabetic nephropathy group and simple type 2 diabetes group.The level of Cys C was correlated positively with UAE in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion The CysC can be a sensitive marker to reflect the early stage damage in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
