诺和锐30联合糖脉康治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

目的：研究诺和锐30联合糖脉康颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果及安全性。方法：2型糖尿病患者36例随机分为治疗组（18例）和对照组（18例）。对照组予诺和锐30控制血糖，治疗组予诺和锐30联合糖脉康颗粒。12周后比较两组治疗前后的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、体重指数，胰岛素用量和血糖达标时间及不良反应。结果：治疗后两组患者糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05）；治疗组所需的血糖达标时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组的胰岛素用量较对照组也明显少（P〈0．05）。结论：诺和锐30联合糖脉康颗粒治疗他DM患者可快速有效地控制血糖，并可减少胰岛素用量。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION TREATMENT WITH ASPART 30 COMBINED TANGMAIKANG OF TYPE 2 DIABETES

Objective：To study clinical efficacy and safety, with aspart 30 combined with Tangmaikang granule treatment of type 2 diabetesMethods： 36 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group （18 cases）and control group （18 ca- ses）. Control group to control blood sugar aspart 30 and the treatment group aspart 30 combined with Tangmaikang particles. After 12 weeks of treatment they were compared before and after the glycated hemoglobin, fasting glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, body mass index, insulin dosage and time of blood glucose and adverse reactions. Results： After treatment, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h plasma glucose significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） than before treatment; the treatment group required time of blood glucose compared with the control group, the difference,was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; the treatment group, the-insulin dosage was significantly less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Aspart 30 combined with Tangmaikang Trea- ted T2DM patients can quickly and effectively control blood sugar and reduce insulin dosage.
