四神丸对脾虚小鼠肠道菌群调整及肠保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究四神丸对脾虚小鼠肠道菌群的调整及肠保护作用。方法:昆明小白鼠,分成5组,A组(模型组),B组(正常对照组),C组(脾虚自然恢复组),D组(四神丸治疗组),E组(丽珠肠乐治疗组)。检测结肠内容物和粪便标本的肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、类杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量。结肠组织光镜和电镜观察。结果:脾虚小鼠给予四神丸治疗后肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、类杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量逐渐恢复正常,肠壁肌层厚度增加,杯状细胞数量增多,肠粘膜微绒毛排列紊乱、线粒体肿胀显著改善。明显好于脾虚自然恢复组,与丽珠肠乐治疗组相比无明显差异。结论:四神丸对脾虚小鼠具有肠道菌群调整及促进损伤肠组织恢复的作用。

Abstract:Objective:study the function of Sishenwan to regulate to intestionl flora spleen deficiency mice and the intestines protect Methods:KUN MING white mice were divided into five groups:group A( model group), group B(natural contrast group), group C(Spleen deficiency natural cure group ),group D(Si Shen pillular cure group ),group E(li zhu chang le cure group ),To detect colonic content and stool specimens contains Enterobacteriaceae, Enterococcus, Bifidobacteria, bacteroides, Lactobacillus.Observe colon organization with potical microscope and electron microscope. Results:After one course of treatment with Sishenwan, the quantities of Enterobacteriaceae, Enterococcus, Bifidobacteria, bacteroides, lactobacilli return to normal,intestine wall skin layer of thickness,cup form cell quantity increased, intestines mucous membrane little fine arrange order, mitochondria swelling improved notably.That wasobviously better than Spleen Deficiency natural cure group and there had no remarkable difference from Li Zhu Chang Le cure group.Conclusion:Sishenwan has an effect to regulate dysbateriorsis and promote recovery of colon damaged.
