| 摘 要： | 目的：对苦丁茶进行药效学实验研究。方法：采用体外抑菌与小鼠缺氧、耐低温、抗疲劳实验。结果：发现苦丁茶对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌作用较强。并具有提高小鼠耐缺氧，耐低温与运动耐受能力的作用。结论：苦西茶具有抑菌、抗应激作用。

| Abstract: | objective:To observe the effects of Ilex latifoliathunb on pharmacodynamics. Mathod:Such experiments were taken as bacteriostatic test in vitro, hypoxia tolerance test,hypothermia tolerance test and antifatigue test, Result: Ilex latifolia thunb inhititated the growth of staphylococcus aureus.typhoid bacillus,beta hemolyti stretpococcus and enhanced the action of hypoxia tolerance,hypothermia tolerance and sports tolerance in the mouse.Conclusion:Ilex latifolia thunb has effects of inhibiting bacteria and antistress. |
