| 摘 要： | 目的：观察咳尔康口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：采用碳粒廓清实验法测定小鼠网状内皮系统（RES）中的单核巨噬细胞功能。结果：与正常对照组比较,咳尔康口服液高、中剂量组有特别显著性差异（P〈0.01）,低剂量组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：咳尔康口服液能显著增强小鼠网状内皮系统单核巨细胞的吞噬功能。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the influence of Keerkang Oral Liquid on immunity function in mice. Methods：Carbon clearance method was used to determine mice reticuloendothelial system （RES） in the monocyte macrophage function. Results： Compared with normal control group,there were extremely significant differences in the high and medium dose groups of Keerkang Oral Liquid（P 〈 0. 01 ）and there was a significant difference in the low dose group of Keerkang Oral Liquid（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Keerkang Oral Liquid can significantly enhance the function of mononuclear - phagocyte of reticuloendothelial system in mice. |
