番石榴叶对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响

摘    要:目的:研究天然植物番石榴叶(guava leaves)水煎剂对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、空腹胰岛素(fasting insulin,FINS)和胰岛素敏感指数(insulin sensitivity index,ISI)的影响.方法:80只Wistar大鼠随机抽取10只作为正常对照组,其余大鼠用高热量饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)的方法建立实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型,造模动物筛选后,随机分为二甲双胍对照组、模型对照组、番石榴叶大刺量组、番石榴叶中剂量组、番石榴叶小剂量组,每组10只,用番石榴叶水煎剂治疗8周,测定FBG,FINS,计算出ISI。结果:模型组FBG、FINS水平升高,ISI降低,与正常对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01);番石榴叶各组大鼠FBG水平降低,血清FINS水平下降,ISI升高,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义。结论:番石榴叶能降低2型糖尿病大鼠的FBG和胰岛素抵抗。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Guava leaves decoction on fasting blood glucose(FBG) , fasting insulin(FINS) and insulin sensivity index(ISI) of experimental rat model with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: The control group was established with 10 randomly selected from 80 Wistar rats. The other was built with rat models with type 2 diabetes mellitus the with high calorie feed and small dose injection of Streptozotocin (STZ) . After filtrated, the models were randomly divided into 5 groups in which there were 10 rats:Compound Metformin Hydrochloride group ,model group, heavy dose of Guava leaves treatment group, middle dose of Guava leaves treatment group, low dose of Guava leaves treatment group. After 8 weeks, the content of the FBG and FINS of the experimental rats were measured with the insulin sensitivity index to be calculated as well. Results :The content of FBGand FINS in the mod- el group was increased obviously, and ISI was decreased, significantly different from that in the control group. The content of FBG in heavy ,middle and low dose of groups and FINS in heavy , middle and low dose of groups in the Guava leaves groups was decreased, and ISI in heavy , middle and low dose of groups was increased, significantly different from that in the model group. Conclusion:Guava leaves decoction can reduced the fasting blood glucose and relieve insulin resistance of rat model with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
