肺鳞癌神经内分泌分化的生物学特性

摘    要:目的:探讨肺鳞癌伴神经内分泌(neuroendocrine NE)分化的生物学特性。方法:2003-01-2005-01收受手术治疗且病理为肺鳞癌的患者共67例。收集手术切除标本以及患者临床和术后随访资料。应用免疫组化二步法检测肿瘤组织标本中神经内分泌标记物神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和突触素(Syn)的表达。结果:肺鳞癌组织中NE标记NSE和Syn的阳性表达率分别为47.76%、31.34%,肺鳞癌中有淋巴结转移的NSE和Syn的阳性表达显著高于非淋巴结转移组(P〈0.05),伴NE分化的肺鳞癌与其临床分期及预后无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。结论:伴有NE分化的肺鳞癌更容易出现淋巴结的转移,而与肿瘤的临床分期无明显相关性,不能作为其判断预后的独立指标。

BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE NEUROENDOCRINE DIFFERENTIATION OF PULMONARY SQUAMOUS CARCINOMA

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the biological characteristics of neuroendocrine(NE) differentiation of the pulmonary squamous carcinoma. Methods:From January 2003 to January 2005,67 patients with Pulmonary squamous carcinoma who received operations were investigated. The resected specimens and clinical data were collected. They were stained for the NE markers including neuro - specific enolase(NSE) and synaptophysin(Syn) by S -P immunohistochemical method. Results:Expressions of NSE and Syn were observed in 47. 76% (32/67)and 31.34% (21/67)cases of the pulmonary squamous carcinoma. The expression of NSE and Syn were associated with the lymphatic metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). No significant association was found between the pulmonary squamous carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation and clinical Stage, prognosis ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The neuroendocrine differentiation of the pulmonary squamous carcinoma is specifically related with lymph node metastasis without any correlation with clinical Stage and is not independent progmostic factors.
