疏血通联合氟桂利嗪治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的 :观察疏血通联合氟桂利嗪对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :急性脑梗死 132例 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 70例 ,对照组 6 2例。治疗组予以疏血通 6ml加入 5 %葡萄糖或生理盐水 2 5 0ml中静脉滴注 ,每日一次 ,加用氟桂利嗪 10mg ,每晚一次 ,共 2 1天。对照组给予复方丹参注射液 2 0ml加入5 %葡萄糖或生理盐水 2 5 0ml静脉滴注 ,每日一次 ,共 2 1天。结果 :治疗组显效率 6 5 .7% ,总有效率88.6 % ,对照组显效率 4 0 .3% ,总有效率 6 7.9%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :疏血通联合氟桂利嗪治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效 ,副作用少。

Treatment of Combination of Suxuetong with Flunarizine on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To observe clinical effects of combination of Suxuetong with Flunarizine on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 132 patients with acute cerebral ischemia infarction were randomly divided into two groups: the test group (70 cases) and the control group (62 cases). The test group was treated with Suxuectong (6ml) 5%Glusose (250ml) or NS 250ml, iv, drip, qd and Flunarizine 10mg, po, qn for 21d. The control group was treated with Solivia militiorrhiza injection (20ml) 5% Geusose injection (250ml) or NS injection 250ml, qd, for 21d. Results: The excellent effective rate and the total effective rate was 65.7% and 88.6% in the test group respectively, but 40.3% and 67.9% was found in the control group respectively. There was a significant difference (P<0.01),between the test and control group.Conlusion: Combination of Suxuetong with Flunarizine was an effective and safe therapeutic way for treatment of acute cerebral infarction
