青海高原地区产妇产后抑郁症影响因素的流行病学研究

目的：了解青海高原产妇产后抑郁症的影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法：采用现况研究的方法对青海高原2009年分娩的2 348名产后4周内的产妇进行产后抑郁症流行病学研究。结果：青海高原产后抑郁症患病率为21.85%。夫妻关系、家人关系、新生儿性别、新生儿健康状况、分娩状况、新生儿开奶时间、吸烟、睡眠状况、助产人员服务态度、产前教育、产褥期照料情况、需要帮忙但无很好的朋友和亲人、孕期心情、怀孕期间情绪很低落和悲伤、需要帮助但不想接受、认为将感受告诉别人时会被以为真的有问题、完美主义等的孕产妇产后抑郁症的发病率差别均有统计学意义。结论：家庭关系、妊娠结局、新生儿开奶时间、个人习惯、处境、情绪、心态等社会心理因素,以及既往史、家族史均是影响产后抑郁症发生的重要因素,与产后抑郁的发生密切相关。

The Epidemiological Study of Influence Factors Associated with Maternal Postpartum Depression in Qinghai Plateau
