老年患者心脏起搏器植入术后常见并发症及防治策略

目的：分析老年患者永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后常见并发症发生原因及处理措施。方法：对110例缓慢性心律失常老年患者行永久性人工心脏双腔起搏器植入术后并发症进行回顾性分析。结果：老年患者行起搏器植入术后常见的并发症主要有囊袋破溃及感染（9.1%）、电极导线脱位（2.7%）、心包填塞（1.8%）、起搏器介导心动过速（1.8%）。结论：加强对起搏器常见并发症的了解,减少老年患者术后并发症的发生。

Complication and Control Strategy in ElderPatients with Permanent Pacemaker Implantation

Object ：To understand the causes of permanent pacemaker - related complications and approaches of prevention in elder patients. Method： A total of 110 elder patients with bradycardia underwent DDD permanent cardiac pacemaker implantations were reviewed retrospectively. Results：The permanent pacemaker - related compli- cations included capsular rupture and infection（9.1% ） ,lead dislodgement （2.7%） ,cardiac tamponed（ 1.8% ）, pacemaker mediated tachycardia （1.8%）. Conclusions： Complications should be greatly attended after permanent cardiac pacemaker implantations in elder patients with cardiac diseases.
