| 摘 要： | 随着头孢菌素药物的广泛应用，细菌对该类抗生素的耐药性也迅速增长，笔者就目前第三代头孢菌素类抗生素的应用现状，临床分离致病菌对头孢类抗生素的耐药机制、防治对策以及合理应用抗菌药物综述如下。

| Abstract: | Following the broad use of cephalosporins,the drug-resistance of bacillus to this kind of drug is increasing rapidly.Author reviews the current medication of the third generation of cephalosporins and the resistance mechanism of disease-induce bacillus isolated from clinic.The present status,prevention and the rational use of antibiotics are also discussed. |
