| 摘 要： | 目的:评估64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影(CT coronary angiography,CTA)对壁冠状动脉的检出率及临床价值.方法:回顾性分析52例临床可疑冠心病患者的冠状动脉CTA检查资料.结果:冠状动脉CTA共检出壁冠状动脉12例,检出率为23%,其中10例为前降支(83.3%),2例为回旋支(16.7%).壁冠状动脉长8～210mm,平均长度25mm.壁冠状动脉深度为1.2～3.1mm,平均厚度2.5mm.结论:冠状动脉CTA是一种诊断壁冠状动脉的可靠、无创性方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the detection rate of parietal coronary artery by 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography.Methods: 52 patients with suspected coronary artery disease undergoing 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography(CTA) were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results: A total of 12 cases(23%) with parietal coronary artery were detected by 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography.Involvement of the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD) was detected in 10 out of the 12 cases(83.3%).The len... |
