手术后肺部并发症的防治进展

外科手术后肺部并发症的发病率远较心脏异常普遍，亦是导致术后死亡的最主要原因。其发病机制目前尚不十分清楚，但随着环境危险因素的增多，以及诊疗技术的提高，其发病率正呈稳步上升趋势。肺脏又是多器官功能障碍综合征首当其冲的靶器官。因此，术后肺部并发症的及早预防或积极阻断至关重要。

Progress on prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications

The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications is more higher than that of heart disorder.It has become the main cause of death after operation.The pathogenesis remains unclear and the incidence appears to be increased following the increase of environmental risk factors and the technical improment of diagnosis and treatment.Lungs easily become the first target organ when the disorder of multi-organs happens. Therefore,to prevent the postoperative pulmonary complications early and to block the further development of the disease appears to be very important in clinical practice.
