综合康复治疗老年脑卒中并发抑郁症的研究

目的：探讨老年脑卒中并发抑郁症患者的综合康复治疗措施及其临床效果.方法：将100例符合纳入标准的老年脑卒中并发抑郁症患者分为观察组和对照组各50例.对照组患者给予常规康复治疗,观察组给予综合康复治疗,比较观察组和对照组各指标评分.结果：观察组在治疗后3,6个月GDS评分均有显著改善,评分分别为（9.52±4.56）和（7.67±3.95）,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：综合康复治疗能明显提高老年脑卒中并发抑郁症患者的治疗效果.

Study of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in elderly cerebral apoplexy complicated with depression

Objective： To investigate the measures taken and the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with depression. Methods. The 100 elderly patients met the inclusive criteria of cerebral were divided into two groups, the control group and the obs apoplexy complicated with depression ervation group with 50 patients each. Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. Then the indicator scores of both groups were compared. Results： GDS in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment at 3 and 6 months,which were （9. 52±4.56）and （7.67±3.95）respectively,and the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve the curative effect of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with depression.
