Toll样受体在EV71感染发病机制中的作用

肠道病毒71型（Ev71）易致婴幼儿重症手足口病（HFMD），是近年来儿童发病率最高的传染病，严重的脑干脑炎和神经源性肺水肿是其致死的主要原因。目前EV71精确发病机制尚未阐明，在细胞水平研究发现清道夫受体B族2型（SCARB2）既是EV71病毒受体，也是Toll样受体（TLRs）内源性配体。TLRs作为重要的病原模式识别受体能够识别EV71，与宿主抵抗病毒感染、炎症反应等有直接关系，可能参与介导EV71感染所致混合性拮抗反应综合征（MARS）。现就Toll样受体在EV71感染发病机制中的作用研究现状进行概述。

The role of toll-like receptors in the pathogenesis of EV71 infection

Abstract=Enterovirus 71（EV71） can cause severe hand, foot and mouth disease（HFMD） easily in infants and young children, which is the infectious disease of the highest morbidity in recent years. Severe brainstem encephalitis and neurogenic pulmonary edema are the main leading causes of death. Specific pathogenesis of EV71 has not been clarified currently, el have proved that scavenger receptor-B type 2（SCAR-B2） isnot only researches at the cellular level the receptor of EV71, but also the endogenic ligand of toll-like receptors（TLRs）. TLRs can recognize EV71 as the important pathogenic pattern recognition receptors, and play a pivotal role in host resistance to virus infection and inflammatory response.＇ It may participate in the mixed antagonism response （MARS） caused by EV71 infection. This article will summarize the role of TLRs in the p sis of EV71 infection. syndrome athogenesis of EV71 infection.
